We are seeking a multi-talented individual who will oversee all content creation activities including blogs and PR for the agency’s own website/marketing campaigns and customers alike.

The role:

  • Develop all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads that deliver sales and customer retention for our clients digital marketing across all channels.
  • Working closely with the digital team to devise, integrate and deliver web/campaign content strategies.
  • Writing entertaining and informative search engine optimised copy.
  • Analysing, interpreting, reporting and forecasting content programmes to clients, the wider team and management.
  • Keep up to date with industry best practice and monitoring content activities of competitors.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc copywriting.
  • Repurposing content for different mediums including social media, video and print.
  • Working alongside the Social Media speacialist to create content for the different social media channels and growing the social audiences.
  • Overseeing/updating all sections of the websites through a content management system.
  • Converse with clients regularly via phone, email and face-to-face.

The candidate will have:

  • Degree educated ideally from an English, marketing or Journalism related degree.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in a digital/design agency environment.
  • Highly articulate with an excellent command of written English.
  • Creative minded with an ability to conceive interesting ideas for new content.
  • Strong analytical skills – Ability to analyse and present content and performance reports.
  • Good project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage the priorities of multiple clients/projects at once.

We’re on the hunt for a one of a kind email marketer to join our digital team. A skilled and creative individual, with the ability to translate and segment data against a strategic marketing plan with an aim to increase acquisition, deliver solid ROI and ensure retention of existing customers.

The role:

  • Implement effective email marketing campaigns to increase sales and customer loyalty.
  • Be responsible for the deployment of email campaigns.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Work with the support of the marketing team in building a strong strategy to optimise revenue or profile generated from email campaigns.
  • Perform analysis to show performance trends and optimise campaigns accordingly.
  • Ability to deliver measurable results and report these to management on a regular basis.

We are seeking an experienced and gifted Senior Designer with a can-do attitude to join our design team. You must have a solid foundation in design for print and digital, with a proven track record in delivering results on a consistent basis. Someone who has great enthusiasm and is willing to take complete responsibility for a design project. You will also have strong experience of working in an established design agency environment – be passionate about design and branding and have a proven ability to execute design projects from concept to delivery on time, to budget and to a high standard.

Role Description:

  • You must have a flair for generating good conceptual ideas and be able to provide high-end creative design solutions.
  • Good communication skills are essential as you will be required to convey concepts and ideas effectively to the development team as well as taking responsibility for providing continuous direction to artworkers and developers when required.
  • During the design process you must have meticulous attention to detail, while ensuring that consistency is upheld throughout a project.
  • A strong understanding of various print processes, print finishing and digital print systems is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be completely responsible for the development of design themes and concepts, ensuring all assets are designed to the highest standard and within allocated budgets and timeframes.
  • Take responsibility for your designs by overseeing and advising designers during the development process, with particular attention to consistency.
  • Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure the work is being carried out to the highest standards, giving appropriate design advice and highlighting areas of success and improvement.
  • Integrate with and support all members of the design team.
  • Provide the Sales and Account Management team with support where required.

Personal skills:

  • Ability to be creative while understanding the requirements of a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrate creative and proactive thinking and make decisions within authority.
  • Work effectively in all situations – completely unaided both within the design team and in collaboration with other departments.
  • Have the ability to manage your time and prioritise your workload, multi-task and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Be a natural leader.

Experience and qualifications:

  • Educated – preferably to degree level or an equivalent qualification in design.
  • Have a minimum 5 years experience in a commercial environment working in the design industry.
  • Proficient user of Adobe Creative Suite – primarily InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat.
  • Strong understanding of the use of typography, logos, graphics and colour.
  • Experience of creating, developing and implementing brands, logos and other identities, and implementing and ensuring compliance to brand guidelines.
  • Fully conversant with all stages of the print/brochure production process.
  • Website/digital design skills (Responsive web design and multi-touch devices, UX & UI).
  • Proficient user of Sketch and InVision.
  • HTML/coding experience, illustration and animation are a plus.
